Firefighters battle burning railway cars in Port Hope, Ont.

An incredible sight in Port Hope Wednesday, as firefighters fought back flames on a burning train as it crawled through the municipality.

According to Port Hope fire chief Dan Smith, crews responded around 5 p.m. to the scene at the CP Rail Crossing on Hope Street South where they found rail ties on fire in train cars.

No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
