Ipsos polling done exclusively for Global News shows the Liberal Party’s lead has softened slightly heading into a possible election. The poll shows that if an election were held today, 36 per cent of eligible voters would cast a ballot for the Liberals, while 30 per cent would vote for the Conservatives and 20 per cent would choose the NDP.
