Tokyo Olympics officials say ‘no such thing as zero risk,’ but defend COVID-19 measures

After three new cases of COVID-19 were reported Sunday among Olympic athletes, officials stressed there was “no such thing as zero risk,” but defended the measures in place to limit the risk during the games. Overall, 10 new cases have been reported connected to the Olympics, including media, contractors and other personnel.
