After a closure lasting some 16 months, the restrictions at the Canada-U.S. border are starting to be loosened. As of today, fully vaccinated Canadians and permanent residents will no longer be required to quarantine for 14 days when they arrive home. But as Andrea Macpherson reports, it’s still unclear when the border restrictions will lift for Americans and other travelers.
