N.S. on track to opening to Canada next week

With Nova Scotia’s low COVID-19 case numbers and uptake in vaccine, the province is on track to open to the rest of Canada next week. And just days after announcing New Brunswickers would have to continue modified restrictions within an Atlantic bubble, Nova Scotia is making some changes. Alicia Draus reports.
