Quebec’s National Director of Public Health Dr. Horacio Arruda announced Tuesday the first death related to AstraZeneca’s COVID-19 vaccine for a 54-year-old woman. However, he said the province’s vaccination strategy won’t change, stressing the rareness of the event.
