Supreme Court rules Ottawa’s carbon pricing is constitutional

The Supreme Court of Canada has given Ottawa the green light to impose a carbon pricing plan on the provinces, by declaring that the Greenhouse Gas Pollution Pricing Act (GGPPA) is constitutional.
