Many people are eager for the return of the Atlantic travel bubble, but for northern New Brunswick, this bubble also includes people from border communities in Quebec. The province announced those near Edmundston and Campbellton will be allowed to enter New Brunswick soon — pending certain criteria. Callum Smith reports.
