119 dogs surrendered to SPCA near Fort Nelson

The BC SPCA is asking for donations to help care for dozens of dogs surrendered by owners of a Fort Nelson area property. Staff at the Fort St. John and Dawson Creek shelters have been working around the clock to care for the 119 mixed-breed pups.
