As the AstraZeneca vaccine begins arriving in the country, New Brunswick officials are still determining how it will be deployed. The vaccine carries a much lower efficacy rate than the other two approved for use by Health Canada, but according to one epidemiologist, the numbers don’t tell the full story. Silas Brown has more.
