Edmonton bar forced to tear down patio to accommodate city construction
Description
May 30, 2026
The permanent patio in front of Bar Clementine along Jasper Avenue has been a staple for the business since opening almost a decade ago. It will now have to be dismantled. The City of Edmonton has forced owner Andrew Borley to tear it down to accommodate construction. The bar has already had to deal with a lack of parking and limited access to its front doors — something Borley says has been ‘very difficult’ to deal with. Gates Guarin has the story.
