More complaints about internet service provider

A follow-up tonight to a story we brought you last week. It has to do with the billing practices of a company that provides internet services across Canada. Another Okanagan resident has come forward to share his experience with Xplornet and tonight the Better Business Bureau is validating the complaints saying it has a long list of them from customers in recent years. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
