York Region moves into red zone of Ontario’s COVID-19 framework

While Toronto and Peel Region remain under a stay-at-home order, York Region moves back to the red zone of Ontario’s colour-coded restriction framework. The region had most of its businesses reopened Monday, although restrictions of capacity and physical distance rules are still in place.
