According to a recent Statistics Canada report, Kelowna is one of the fastest growing cities in all of Canada. And that is expected to put a lot more pressure on schools, many of which are already filled to capacity. One desperately needed solution, according to the school district is a new high school but that requires provincial funding and as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the money needed is not being approved.
