Prime Minister Justin Trudeau responded to multiple questions Tuesday about the possibility of triggering an election, telling reporters “We don’t want an election. We need to continue to work hard and focus on Canadians.” Trudeau also said his commitment is “to doing whatever is necessary to support Canadians” throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
