Dr. Barbara Yaffe, Ontario's associate medical officer of health, on Monday remarked that about a third of the population was not following public health guidelines. When asked what could be done, Yaffe said that "enforcement needs to be increased" as well as "isolation facilities to facilitate people cooperating and complying with public health measures."
