After much anticipation and deliberation, the City of Kelowna has finally seen fit to put in the ice at Jim Stuart Park and open it for public skating.
But if you want to take to the ice you will have to follow some guidelines in order to help prevent the transmission of COVID-19.

After much anticipation and deliberation, the City of Kelowna has finally seen fit to put in the ice at Jim Stuart Park and open it for public skating.
But if you want to take to the ice you will have to follow some guidelines in order to help prevent the transmission of COVID-19.
