Coronavirus: Legault says Quebec can’t close essential businesses despite tightened restrictions

Quebec Premier Francois Legault explained Wednesday that the government is tightening public health measures in manufacturing settings as it introduces an 8 p.m. curfew intended to help curb the spread of the novel coronavirus, but said the government can’t shut down essential businesses.
