Air travellers need negative COVID-19 test before entering Canada

The federal government wants air travellers to prove they’ve tested negative for COVID-19 before they can enter Canada. But there are still plenty of questions about this new measure, as many Canadians ignore repeated pleas to avoid non-essential travel during the pandemic. Richard Zussman explains.
