Nova Scotia’s chief medical officer of health Dr. Robert Strang said on Tuesday that although the province doesn’t have a lot of international travel, he “wouldn’t be surprised” to see the new COVID-19 variant appear. Strang added that residents should “continue to follow all the COVID protocols” regardless of the variant.
