Toronto’s Incident Commander for preparedness and response to COVID-19 Matthew Pegg on Monday said a total of 25 charges were laid over the weekend over a number of protests and rallies. Pegg also said there were several incidents involving outdoor rinks where a number of people tried accessing rinks during off hours as well as playing shinny hockey which is strictly prohibited.
