Nova Scotia strengthens COVID-19 measures for Halifax area

The Halifax area has seen a spike in COVID-19 cases in recent days, with the source of about a dozen still unknown. As Graeme Benjamin reports, the province hopes it comes as a wakeup call for those still not taking the virus seriously.
