Kawartha Food Share launches “Winter is Coming” food drive

Like many non-profit organizations, Kawartha Food Share has had to weather its fair share of challenges due to the pandemic. About a week ago Kawartha Food Share launched, “Winter is Coming,” a food drive to ensure shelves stay stocked as temperatures drop. General manager Ashlee Aitken dropped by Global News Morning Peterborough to talk about the initiative, and why the need is so great this year.
