With Halloween only a few days away, Peterborough Public Health's medical officer of health is reminding residents to be safe on Saturday.
Dr. Rosana Salvaterra says community transmission has been behind the area's most recent COVID-19 cases, so it's important to follow public health guidelines related to trick or treating. Jessica Nyznik reports.
