Anti-terror investigation underway after knife attack on teacher in Paris suburb

French police were on scene in the streets of a Paris suburb on Friday after shooting a man dead who had killed a middle school teacher by slitting his throat, police said. France’s anti-terror prosecutor said it was investigating the attack.
