Cavan Monaghan Township was among the first municipalities in our region to lift their State of Emergency, bringing an end to the order in September. Now the municipality is working to get some of its public spaces open again. Mayor Scott McFadden joined Lindsay Biscaia on Global News Morning Peterborough to talk about the changes, and what’s ahead.
