Pop-up overdose prevention site fined $300 by City of Lethbridge

Questions surrounding a pop-up overdose prevention site continue to be asked throughout Lethbridge. On Monday night city bylaw enforcement made their position clear by issuing a $300 fine. As Danica Ferris reports, the Lethbridge Overdose Prevention Society says they won’t let a ticket stop them.
