Coronavirus: Toronto mayor Tory says new cases ‘shocked’ him, says residents must recognize ‘alarm bell is ringing’

Toronto Mayor John Tory on Monday remarked about the new spike in COVID-19 cases reported in Toronto, which reported 381 new cases that day, saying the number shocked him and said he wants residents to recognize the “alarm bell is ringing” and people must work to prevent COVID-19 from spreading further.
