Chuck Schumer calls Ruth Bader Ginsburg a ‘rebellious force’

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer remembered United States Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on Monday, calling her “a rebellious force” and “a brilliant mind”. Schumer told the Senate that in his opinion, Ginsburg had “changed the world for women long before the rest of the world caught up.”
