Manager and supervisor staffing review at the City of Edmonton

From rec centres to various departments, the City of Edmonton employs 1,600 supervisors— or about 14 per cent of its overall workforce. But in the wake of an eye-opening audit report, the city is promising to reign in costs. Vinesh Pratap explains.
