If you're a female who enjoys walking or jogging, you may have found yourself looking over your shoulder more these past couple of weeks following the attack in Jackson Park.
What's meant to be an enjoyable activity can sometimes feel unsafe.
A local martial arts school is working to empower women and equip them with the tools to protect themselves, if needed, following the incident.
