It’s been 15 years since Hurricane Katrina struck the U.S Gulf Coast and left Louisiana and Mississippi devastated. In its aftermath, over 80 per cent of New Orleans was underwater, nearly 2,000 people were killed, almost two million were left without power and thousands became homeless.
