British Columbians will not see ICBC rebates during COVID-19 crisis

Despite fewer crashes since the start of the COVID-19 crisis, British Columbians are not seeing any rebates on their insurance. Private insurance companies say they have given back money to policyholders due to decreased risk during the pandemic. Attorney General David Eby says the public insurer’s financial picture is still very uncertain.
