Some parts of Eastern Quebec are bracing for heavy rain as tropical storm Isaias makes its way up the east coast. The storm, which was downgraded from a hurricane on Tuesday, is expected to bring heavy rain and winds to parts of the Eastern Townships and Quebec City Tuesday and Wednesday.
