Ontario Education Minister Stephen Lecce laid out the plan to reopen both elementary and high schools on Thursday starting Sept. 8, five days a week. He said most high schools will reopen under an adapted model with groups of 15 students to alternate between in-person and online classes, while lower-risk high schools can reopen with in-class learning five days a week.
