Coronavirus: City of Winnipeg resumes libraries services, recalls nearly 195 temporarily laid off staff

Assistant chief of emergency management of the City of Winnipeg Jay Shaw announced on Tuesday that the city is restoring its libraries' services in late July/early August and recalling approximately 195 community service staff who were temporarily laid off due to the pandemic in order for the facilities to operate once more.
