Coronavirus outbreak: Trudeau says support for large businesses is a ‘loan, not a bailout’

Speaking to reporters outside Rideau Cottage in Ottawa on Tuesday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin said a new loan program for large companies is designed to be used for bridge loans to get through the COVID-19 crisis and not to be considered a “bailout.”
