Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has announced a one-time boost to the Canada Child Benefit, set to go into effect next week. Speaking outside Rideau Cottage in Ottawa, Trudeau announced that qualifying families will getup to $300 extra per child as part of their regular monthly payment.
