Some evacuation orders lifted in Fort McMurray

Days after severe flooding forced more than 13,000 people to flee their homes in Fort McMurray, Alberta, some evacuation orders have been lifted. As Dallas Flexhaug reports, people are now looking at the road to rebuilding.
