Coronavirus outbreak: Saskatchewan premier ‘quite confident’ with reopening plan despite setbacks

Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe said during a COVID-19 update on Wednesday that he is “quite confident” in the province’s phase one reopening despite a couple of “isolated, but significant” outbreaks in La Loche and Llyodminister.
