Thousands of people are being forced out of their homes in Fort McMurray, Alta., which is being hit with the worst flooding in more than a century. As Heather Yourex-West reports, the current catastrophe comes after the massive wildfires in 2016, and is only compounded by the COVID-19 pandemic.
