Speaking to reporters outside Rideau Cottage in Ottawa on Wednesday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said that outside of the border closure, which was federally mandated, the individual provinces and territories will be responsible for lifting their respective COVID-19 lockdowns on their own timelines, in coordination with public health officials.
