Nova Scotia Premier Stephen McNeil and chief medical officer of health Dr. Robert Strang reported the province’s fourth death, a woman in her 80s from Cape Breton with underlying health conditions. Strang said there were also 27 new cases, bringing the total number to 606. He said there are 11 people in hospital with five in intensive care. He also said there are eight long-term care facilities dealing with COVID-19 cases.
