Low ridership, destinationless passengers reason for reduced Edmonton Transit service

Interim city manager Adam Laughlin said a combination of low ridership and people riding busses and trains endlessly with no place to go led to the city’s decision to reduce operating hours during the COVID-19 pandemic.
