Restaurants wanting a year-round outdoor patio now have to pay $6,900 to keep them in place. Rocky Mountain Icehouse owner Wayne Jones says the new fees are "unattainable and unaffordable" and is considering not having his patio around during winter months. Gates Guarin has the story.
