World Health Organization Director General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said on Friday that some countries are starting to lift stay-at-home restrictions too soon. He added that doing so could lead to “a deadly resurgence.”
“The way down could be as deadly as the way up if not managed properly,” He added.
