The Quebec Liberal leader says he doesn’t think the PQ leader's efforts at rapprochement with Anglophones is going to work. A letter to Anglos written by Paul St Pierre Plamondon was published in the National Post on Tuesday. As Dan Spector reports, the PQ leader is asking English speakers to have an open mind to the sovereignist party.
