Coronavirus outbreak: Trudeau says they expect equipment shipments from U.S. to be delivered

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said there have been “very productive” discussions with the U.S. over the recent reports President Donald Trump asked 3M to not ship N95 respirators to Canada amid the COVID-19 pandemic. He said they have seen “a number of situations” in which shipments from various countries have been delayed, and said it continues to be an ongoing problem. Trudeau was responding to a report that a shipment of three million masks were stopped at the U.S.-Canada border.
