Premier François Legault used strong language during his daily address to the province on Thursday. Legault was clear, people must stop gathering in groups if we want to flatten the curve and get out of the COVID-19 crisis. To Make that happen, he has given police forces across the province the order to disperse groups and issue fines. Global’s Olivia O’Malley has more.
