Quebec premier François Legault asked residents not to visit senior homes in some parts of the province to help contain the spread of the virus and protect the vulnerable, saying “it’s a question of life or death.”
Quebec’s Public Safety Ministry announced on Wednesday more police-enforced restrictions on travel between parts of the province as deaths topped 33.
